It’s time to unlock your body’s potential and get Golf-Fit!

We are Certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). We teach golf-specific exercises, stretches and skills designed to enhance golf performance through fitness. We work with all levels of golfers by identifying and overcoming any physical restrictions that are limiting potential. 

A fitness regime will be provided for you to work on your own (One-On-One special rates are available). If faithful to this program you will not only find lower scores on the golf course but gain a better overall “well being”.

It’s just not about being in shape that golfers need to be aware of; if our swing has faults due to body weaknesses, we will develop excessive compensation of movements that will make our body very susceptible to “GOLF INJURIES” such as  Back, Knee, Shoulder, Elbow pain, etc...

Screening Procedure:
A series of 14-16 different physical tests are conducted.  From these screenings we are able to pinpoint what parts of your body are either at fault for your swing mistakes or are limiting your ability to generate maximum power.  What is more amazing is that this process is virtually 100% accurate in finding these deficiencies.

After these tests have been completed we can prescribe a series of exercises that will address a player’s limitations. In addition to the TPI service we can offer an individualized designed workout schedule consisting of 18 sessions that is sent to the player.  Before completing these workouts the player will begin seeing how physical conditioning can affect all aspects of the body’s performance and how much easier it is to make their swing corrections.
