Group Exercise Schedule
Kickin Kalories
6:00-7:00am. Tues & Thurs.
This program is designed to give participants a “Calorie Blasting” workout using a variety of exercises and equipment and includes strength and cardio intervals. These sessions are very effective for weight loss and improving fitness level as well as being lots of fun!
Busy Bodies
8:30-9:30 a.m. (or ½ hr of choice)
Tues: 1st 1/2hr. Cardio 2nd 1/2 hr. Strength
Thurs: 1st 1/2hr. Strength. 2nd 1/2 hr. Cardio
This class is designed for on-the-go people with busy schedules. There is the option to workout a 1/2 hr. or 1 hr. twice a week. Pace yourself or work at your max level to improve your muscular strength and/or cardiovascular endurance. Enjoy the efficiency of these professionally designed 30 min. or 1 hr. workouts.
Bad To The Core
7:00-8:00 p.m. – Mon-Wed
“FOR MEN ONLY” Hey guys want a challenging workout focusing on the core? This workout will recruit multiple muscle groups to build and support the core muscles and more. It will also include strengthening the lumbar spine and trunk muscles which are the foundation for all other muscles in our bodies.
Girls Just Want To Look Good
6:30-7:30 p.m. – Tues. & Thurs.
“WOMEN ONLY” OK ladies….This one is for you! It’s not just about “Looking Good” We need to measure our fitness by how good we feel and the energy we gain. Making a commitment to a physical regimen can be challenging BUT… very rewarding. This program is high energy that will train the entire body from head to toe plus give a great cardio workout to assist in losing those few extra pounds and increase endurance to get through those busy days.
Remember to...
• Eat a nutritious meal or snack 1 to 2 hours prior to session
• Bring water & towel
• No membership fees
